I was born and grew up in Cumbria. I have been passionate about music since I was a child and I learned how to play several musical instruments. I picked up a pair of old second hand Kam belt drive decks from a charity shop in Leeds in 1998 and instantly fell in love with them. I practiced as hard as I did my instruments and eventually started to do the rounds at friend's parties etc. Since then I have played at all sorts of events from Universities to festivals, bars and clubs to special events and parties! I settled in Club Concrete, Carlisle and I loved it, DJing four nights a week in the Urban Section of the club.
My musical influences come from a wide, varied range of input both as a child growing up in a house of Classical, World and Soul music mixed with my own taste in music. My life changed when I heard Dr. Dre's 2001 Album.
Since that magical day, my love of Hip Hop and RnB has grown and now I play Hip Hop, RnB, Afrobeats and Grime! I play a guest slot on JMA Radio (online)
