In my own words, and to avoid the risk of making this sound just like any other bio where a dj tells you that they are, a DJ...and then tells you everyone they opened for, I'll say just a few things. I have been playing records since 2001. In that time I've been fortunate enough to play with and for some incredible artists. For this, I'm only grateful.
Rather than say "I play techno" or "I play house," I say that I look for specific things in music..most notably tension, groove, tempo, and emotion. I find these in a variety of music; jazz, metal, classical for sure, as well as in the house and techno I'm usually playing.
