Dj Howie McConnell has been a loyal disciple to the church of House music for almost 20 years now. His career started at the infamous Honey Club on Brighton Beach in the late 90s where he used to play daily for The Sunset Sessions. This Mecca of the local house scene soon became his home for the next decade or so, where he also grew into the role of head of promotions there.
His passion for quality House music meant that he was often playing alongside some of the heavyweights of the scene that he had secured bookings for during his time at The Honeyclub. He then began to play sets worldwide in hot spots such as Ibiza, Malta, Greece, as well as hold residencies in the past at Muzika*, Seven Sins, Honey & Hed Kandi. He has also played at clubs such as the MOS, The Egg and the legendary White House to name but a few.
Howie's trademark sound has always been on the deep/funky side. So expect to hear funky base, beautiful vocals, with a generous underlining dose of ole skool ole disco,
