Originally from Quebec Tess Alexander left the homefront early on and travelled westcoast, graduated from the Cornish Institute of Allied Arts in Seattle, Washington in Music -Vocal Jazz Style and Repertoire. Her poignant 10 year stretch of composing songs and writing lyrics moved her beyond the parameters of the jazz world into a crossover r&b/pop and dance floor mode.
