Tek A Dee's musical style was first restricted to reggae and dancehall music, which will always be part of his style and musical character. Soon he could also discover moombahton (a mixture of dirty dutch house and reggaeton) and rap for himself, which he now includes more and more often in his sets.
In 2011/12 he played as a resident at Germany's first moombahton regular "Moomblast" (a Pokut Music event) alongside guests like Munchi (Mad Decent).
Besides he hosted his own Party "Wake The Town", combining dancing and jam session with guests like Kosta Kostov (Funkhaus Europa), Jonspecta & POK (Pokut Music) or Daktari.
In December 2011 he released his debut mixtape "Dem Bow" in which dancehall and moombahton are combined, followed by his rap, dancehall and reggae mix "It's A Party" one year later.
