I started radio broadcasting on AM radio back in 1970.
In 1975, at the behest of two close friends, I performed my first public mobile DJ function in Keyport NJ.
A pioneer in the mobile DJ industry, I was one of the first mobile deejays to incorporate a portable music syncopated light show in my act. I continued performing at many private parties and banquets.

In 1978 The Steve Cie Show went live on morning drive time radio on WVRM FM 89.3, and continued until 1982.

In 1982, I decided to focus my career on performing live events. I have performed at over 1000 weddings, and thousands more private banquets throughout the greater New Jersey Pennsylvania New York Connecticut and Delaware area.
