From 1983 through 1988 Paul E.Z. made his way to the top of the local music and club scene by promoting and DJing, often in tandem, playing Private Loft/Outlaw Parties and Legendary Manhattan Dance Clubs including Sold Out Shows at Irving Plaza, The Saint/21 Below, Limelight, Negril, Danceteria & Michael Todd Room at Palladium.

In 1989, George Parker formerly with City Beat, spearheaded an independent recording project at Calliope Studios bringing Paul aboard as Turntablist and Co-Producer. The project ran through 1993. These Brothers from Other Mothers reunited 2 decades later manifesting into a third musical iteration a/k/a "Stereo Pro Quo".
