I am a Professor of Crime Science .. but have been mixing since I was 14, learning on a pair of cheap decks (at least they had pitch control!), a mixer I bought off a school mate's Dad, mounted in a wooden cabinet my Grandad built for me. I paid my University fees DJing (in Kingston and Edinburgh), creating the 'legendary' Friday night sessions at Kingtson Hill, running soul nights in Scotland, and DJing on Fresh FM. I met my wife while DJing at Come Dancing in Clapham! I turned 50 in 2020 and thought it was about time I began to churn out some mixes again!
