Sorea Shimazu aka Solea (pronounced as “So-Le-A”) was born in 1974, and raised in Yokohama, Japan. Encountered didgeridoo on the way of traveling across Asia, US, North-Africa, North Europe. After spending years in Hokkaido, north of Japan, he settled down in Tokyo, and joined Floatribe Live Session, which made him start his music career mainly in metropolitan, Tokyo. Now, he’s formed and started his solo project “sole overtone”.
