Ryan Walker, aka SkekTek, has been igniting dance floors since 1999, after falling in love with drum & bass in the Washington DC rave scene in the late 90's. He has built a reputation for his high-energy sets and versatility. From winning the Mai DJ Competition and playing at the Winter Music Conference in Miami to earning a spot on the BuzzBoat rave cruise, SkekTek has shared the stage with legends like Skrillex, Black Sun Empire, Justin Hawkes, and Kaskade, to name a few.
As co-founder of Move Entertainment, SkekTek has hosted well received events in Nashville featuring local and regional talent. He's performed at festivals including Home Grown, Greenway Music Fest, and several regional burns, and has been a featured artist on Bassdrive. With a resume that includes gigs across the US, Germany, and even international waters, he continues to bring the heat to every performance. If it's got a nasty bassline and makes you shake your ass, SkekTek's all over it.
