DJ Shinya is a Japanese DJ and Track Maker, based in Kyoto. His DJ style is mixture of old and new various black rooted music, Hiphop, Disco, House, Jazz, Funk, and more. He also organizes the party called Butter at Metro which is one of the oldest dance club in Japan, and this year, 2015, will mark the 10th anniversary of the party started. As a producer, he has released several funky 45s and remixes. He usually works as a buyer for selected worldwide/domestic vinyl records shop JAPONICA.
