After starting as Geno & Day, a tandem between Dj Geno (Ryan Gallagher) and Day (Shaun Day), they branched off to explore there solo talents. Shaun, now known on stage as Bassbook focus' heavily on Tech-House and Electro. Shaun grew up listening to hardhouse, trance, progressive house, and any other style of electronica his brother (Stephen Day) had playing. After many years of just listening to the music Shaun met Dan Bartake of Flatland Funk and after going to some shows and tours with Dan, decided that turntables were the missing link in his life. With sets compiled with intricate tech-house, hard hitting electro, big drops, and nothing but bangers attitude, up and coming Bassbook is not to be missed.
