My name is MnemonicTrip and I’m a self taught Brisbane based female artist who recently made my introduction into the scene at a beautiful northern rivers gathering called Soundflower VI having the privilege to play the sunrise set. It was magical beyond belief. I love such a wide variety of music that started as a child who grew up listening to old classic tunes on my parents vinyl collection, classical music because of my years of ballet dancing and then as an adult I discovered the amazing world of dance music by first experiencing the clubs of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley in the early 2000’s when vinyl mixing reigned supreme and music was dependent on what artist you went to see. From working in nightclubs on the Gold Coast to seeing numerous bands and Dj’s at epic festivals like summafieldaze and big day out to name a just a few. Over my many years of enjoying music as a patron it is something I’m passionate about and I would like to pay it forward
