like lumpy oatmeal... if you absolutely have to, you can find some sustenance in it, but a cup of coffee would be just fine until lunch, right?? basically just water swollen kernels of wheat or some shit,i mean, what goods it gonna do me anyways? prolly tastes as bad as it looks, like cold brains in a bowl. eeecchh. none for me, ma, i gotta catch the bus. holla
