ROY THODE 1949-1982

DJ Roy Thode, perhaps best known for being the DJ for “Saturday Nights at the Ice Palace” in Cherry Grove. also had an illustrious NYC DJ career. Highlighted with residencies at Studio 54 in the late 70's and and The Saint in the 80's. Roy is remembered as perhaps one of the best technical DJ’s of his era and a founding father in the dance music world.
