I started DJing in the early 80s in a local wine bar who was looking for a resident DJ to run a weekly soul night and asked me if I was interested, and the rest as they say is history and I have been a DJ ever since.
I am a member of the NADJ (National Association of DJs), and whilst I can sometimes be found listening to other genres of music, I am and always will be a ‘Soulboy’ and it is that genre of music I am very passionate about.
I present a weekly Soul Show on A1 Radio www.a1radio.co.uk playing a mix of classic and modern soul, funk, jazzfunk, disco and soulful house.
