Ritesh Kanjee (aka Ritz) is a part time producer of electronic and rock music and a studio DJ. Originally from Lenasia South, Ritz now stays in Pretoria where he works as an electrical engineer at CSIR. He is currently completing his masters in electrical engineering.
His musical career began in 2007 as a hobby. Being a huge fan of the EDM genre, particularly dance, electro and trance, he produced songs in trance, electro and pop. His main influences are Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Armin Van Buuren and Tiesto. He recently released an electro pop single called Destiny.
Ritz is also a huge fan of rock and metal music. Prior to releasing his single, he played dozens of rock gigs with his former band in which he played the bass guitar. He now wants to take a different direction in his musical career.
