I love all genres of music.I consider myself a music maniac. House Music is the best though! Been loving this type of music since the early '80's. I use to frequent The Funhouse with John 'Jellbean' Benitez. He use to be in the booth with Madonna before she made it big. That club brings back very good memories! I remember 'Strafe' with their hit 'Set it Off'!!! That was a very good night. Even though I was dusted out of my mind,I remember it like it was yesterday. I also use to hit 'The Lemon Drop'in Manhattan. The burnin'spear, The Roxy, Zanzibar, The Latin Quarter. House Music will allways be #1 to me!!!I can't get enough of it! Not a day goes by that I don't listen to it, ever!!! I remember DJ's like The latin Rascals, Shep Pettibone, Red Alert, Marley Marl,Paco Rabane with The mastermix on 92ktu at 4pm everyday.I used to rush home from high school just to hit the record button. Then the all night dance party on WBLS. aLSO THE 98.7 kISS mASTERMIX!!!. mAN those were the days!!
