POEKS

POEKS is a Melbourne based DJ from Berlin playing a hot selection of selection of Afro, Funk, Latin, Cumbia, Calypso Swing, Dub and Reggae, combinig the sound of wild rhythms and driving brass sections with extensive soloists.

During the Performance the acoustic audio signal is beeing sensed from vinylplates, pre-amplified, mixed, amplified and finally transmitted to the audience via sound system.

He is a member of the Melbourne based band Mount Kujo, the Berlin based band Electronic Swing Orchestra, guitarist and producer. He played gigs in Berlin, Hamburg, Melbourne, Sydney, London, Lisbon, Copenhagen and Paris.
