I had already been collecting vinyl for years when the Acid House scene hit in London in 1988 but that happening literally changed my life.

I began the play in the local clubs and moved on quickly to organising parties with my like minded friends. I would say that the scene splintered around 1994 and had got slightly stale but the Progressive House sound that emerged around then played especially by Sasha and John Digweed re-energised everything.

Since then music has been constantly evolving but I still love the Progressive / Melodic Techno sound. I live in Thailand now and the sunsets here are perfectly suited to the deeper ethnic house that I also love to play.

I could be happy anywhere though, because it's only ever really been about the music....
