Pétros Golítsis (b. 1978 in Thessaloniki) is an author of five volumes of verse; published in eleven languages. His most recent publication include the La carne de lo provisional (in Spanish), translated by José Antonio Moreno Jurado, Padilla Libros, Seville, 2022. He has been awarded the International Poetry Prize Tudor Arghezi (2018) from the Writers’ Union of Romania, and the International Poetry Prize Povelja Morave (2019) from the Association of Writers of Serbia. He has completed with Vassilis Vassilikos (1933-2023) the well-known author of the political novel Z, a four-volume anthology of the Greek poetry from 1796 to 2021 (Romi publications, 2021).
Γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη το 1978. Ποιήματα και δοκίμιά του έχουν μεταφραστεί σε έντεκα γλώσσες. Το πλέον πρόσφατο βιβλίο του είναι το La carne de lo provisional/Η σάρκα των προσωρινών (ισπανικά), σε μετάφραση José Antonio Moreno Jurado, εκδ. Padilla Libros, Seville, 2022.
