I am a full time 5Rhythms teacher, dancer and producer.
I was born in London where I grew up until I left at 21.
I have now lived most of my life in Itlay.

Pre Covid I traveled around Italy every week bringing dance & movement as a healing practice and organised regular workshops & retreats in Italy.

In this past year like many others I have discovered the unexpected gifts of teaching online and I am enjoying sharing music in a way that the musicians are recognised here on mixcloud.
