I am a full time 5Rhythms teacher, dancer and producer.
Born in London where I grew up until I left at 21, so now I have lived most of my life in Itlay.
I discovered the unexpected gifts of teaching online during Covid and happily found a way to share music in a way that the musicians are recognised here on mixcloud.
