A Bay Area favorite and Detroit native Omar Johnson is rapidly taking the House Music scene by storm with his soulful trendsetting mixes. Mr. "O.J. All Day" has been featured alongside some of Bay Area's premier DJ's since 2009. His influences can be traced back to his Detroit roots. Growing up in a family full of music lovers and musicians, he developed a love of sounds from 70's ,80's, and 90's Soul and R& B music, that has continues to fuel his soulful creative style. As an early teen listening and studying the styles of artist / producers like Kerri Chandler, Frankie Knuckles, David Mancuso, Nicky Siano and many others provided him with a solid foundation to develop his energy- driven mixing style. Originally producing House music with an Roland TR-808 and Juno 106, Johnson soon began dabbling in Hip-Hop production, producing tracks for his San Diego based crew Noo Noo Groove.
