Nova Laboratories is a psytrance project of Jason Lantz, who lives in Brooklyn.

The name is a reference to the movie Short Circuit, Nova Laboratories was the company that created a military robot which becomes self aware and alive. In that spirit, the project's original material aims to repurpose material, mostly from pop culture, to explore psychedelic concepts and sounds.
