It's five years since DJs Aaron Howes and Jason Moore first created the Nono project. Hailing from humble beginnings as club brand Nonodisco, the pairing met as resident DJs and soon formed a formidable partnership through their love of all things glitch and secondly Ableton!
After many an hour spent with cables, effects units, plugins and all manner of channel combinations, the duo finally took their trademark dual laptop, multi mixer, decks and effects show on the road and enjoyed a wealth of gigs alongside the worlds DJ elite.
Next came the heady world of production with releases for Hungarian label Minimal and Melodies, and German label Fullscale music as well as releases as their solo alter egos Minidiction and Dec_Rim.
Each week the pairing hosted a radio show on internet station Rhubarb Radio live from the Custard Factory and featured all things electronic, from minimal techno and house, to dubstep and drum and bass.
After 88 shows NonoRadio has finally come to an end.
