I started listening to reggae early 90ies, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Steelpulse, Black Uhuru my older brother also had some LP and before I knew it I knew many songs from Bob Marley by heart.
Dub came later when I was in my first band DREAD INVASION when we started experimenting with sound and fx. I think we were also one of the first Belgian reggae bands who used a groovebox from Roland on stage.
Meeting Yo (Dubtales), I know him from early age as we played in the same soccer team in Vosselaar. I bought first ATARI with CUBASE from him and and * track TASCAM taperecorder.
And we also recorded our first demo tape in his homestudio.
We did many concerts all over Belgium. But we didn’t have a good lead singer so our chances were slim of growing further. After we split I go on and search for other musicians to form bands.
