Nimbus was in high-school when he began producing music in his bedroom back in '92 on his Amiga500. His intrest in music naturally developed into regular dj work, and Nimbus quickly became part of the New Zealand dance scene.
In the early 00's Nimbus helped develop the first large format nightclub in New Zealand's Waikato region. Altitude Nightclub was an all-week venue dedicated to Electronic dance music and live performances, and set the scene for a whole new and exciting era of nightclubbing experiences.
With residency's at Club Roma and the Buddha lounge, as well as live shows on TheStudioFM and BOP-FM Nimbus was able to expand his many and varied music tastes and playing styles, and share with the masses.
Nimbus was generally considered a hardhouse and Trance DJ, however you will hear he is just as home dropping banging House & Techno, Psycadelic Goa Trance, Drum&Bass, or even high energy, Hard EDM. Don't be surprised if you hear a bit of everything!
