After leaving school didnt do much for a few years till I joined the RAF in 1999. Tours included 4 months in kosovo and 4 months in Saudi.

Im now working with GTPT as Im there PT for wolverhampton, dudley and surrounding areas. Love helping people reach there goals and seeing my motivation rub off on them especially when they start making progress.
Its like having the buzz of seeing my body change all over again!!
