London based pianist & Composer who has recorded 3 albums under the name the Neil Angilley Trio
Composed by Neil Angilley the trio have just released a new recording called ‘The Lake District' . It is a Symphonic Work for Piano, Electric Bass & Drums which is an eclectic mix of Jazz & Classical music. The piece is written in 9 movements which are a musical description of the beautiful Lake District in England. The work is a dedication to children’s author and conservationist Beatrix Potter who owned and donated a lot of the land to the National trust. The composition draws on influences from great British classical composers such as Elgar & Vaughan Williams.
