Neil Payne is a former resident DJ at Eighteenth Street Lounge (ESL), Wonderland, Bossa and Dodge City. He is in the FunkDC / TrueGrooves crew.

Payne also played at Local 16, Selam and other spots in DC. In Guatemala, he spun at Los Chocoyos, El Cuartito, Punta de Oro, Las Fuentes Georginas and with the XelaGrooves crew. In Costa Rica, he spun at Kika.
