M.O.U. (Masters Of the Underground) is a project that aims to promote Underground eletronic music and its culture in all of its aspects. Created and started by a group of international musicians, artists and curators based in Shanghai that share the same passion for subcultures and alternative scenes, the M.O.U. team believes that electronic music, new media and innovative arts are the expression channels of the young generations across the globe. In doing this, we place a special focus on the electronic music (and all of its expressions) and explore the subcultures and providing knowledge and information to our audience for inspiration, we scavenge for new Masters in every scene an provide online and offline interfaces to share knowledge with everyone for inspirations, with always new audiovisual experiences.
