Been a while since the last one (Ive said this so many times that I oughta change the name from 'vibrations' to that).

Hope you managed to survive what felt like an endless winter that's finally behind us.  I've struggled during it to find motivation needed to listen attentively to records so been a challenge playing anything. Much love to friends (esp Naz & Brian) who kept sharing music with me, a constant source of inspiration.

A record that kept me going is the spellbinding "Force Majeure" by Brandee Younger & Dezron Douglas. Recorded in NY when it was being decimated by covid, it's a beacon of light in a deeply intimate way that only spiritual jazz can achieve. Can't recommend it enough! Mix cover is lovingly nicked from it. 

When I sat down to play the goal was to create "a joyful noise" & I hope that comes across. Again sincerely thank you for taking the time to listen to yet another 3hr mix. There's an insane amount of great music out there, so I appreciate your investment.
