Mixmaster Massey began to DJ professionally in 1986. Since then he has spent more than half his life either putting on the party or behind the turntables - most of the time he wears both hats. He is passionate about music and has spent over two decades crafting his own style of mixing records together be it on vinyl or with new technologies.
In 2001 Massey came to LA from the San Francisco Underground club scene where he was a fundamental force from the earliest days of the Bay Area dance music scene in the late 1980’s. Since coming to LA his talents have never been in more demand. His unique taste and refined style behind the decks have found a loud voice in Southern California.
Massey has developed a knack for hitting the dancefloor, gallery or lounge with the surprise tracks, uniquely and exquisitely mixed that makes you listen and move.
