Took up DJing in 1980 at age 14 during the genesis of Hip Hop. Started DJing Professionally in 1984. First residency later that year at a local Latin Nightclub called El Don Quixote. Booked private events, parties and festivals. Fast forward to today DJ IZ has established himself on the gulf coast of south Florida as a Retro Video DJ. Based in the Tampa Bay area and with two residency at popular Retro Themed Nightlife Entertainment venues he produces and presents a tribute event paying tribute to the classic music video era of the 80's and 90's. You guessed it the MTV generation. The Unofficial MTV Video Party presented by DJ IZ will take you on a nostalgic journey through memory lane. This Channel will be dedicated to that end. Enjoy!
