Mike Reynolds' background is...unusual. Starting his musical life as a teenager playing guitar in Rock bands, his career spectrum veered from furniture stores and door to door sales to architectural design and becoming a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and...back to music. As DJ, producer, writer, and label head, Mike continues to wear a lot of hats. His view is that no genre is off limits, old and new music alike are fair game, the journey of exploration is the thing.

His influences include: Underworld, DJ Shadow, John 00 Fleming, cEvin Key, Vince Watson, Kruder & Dorfmeister, Aes Dana, John Digweed, and too many more to count.

His productions and DJ sets range from cinematic adventures to humorous vignettes, constantly searching to uncover what's around the next bend or buried in the least likely place.

Future History is his monthly radio show exploring the vast territory of Techno and its many children. It airs the last Tuesday of each month.
