My DJ Bio: Mike Monaghan aka DJ Miico or just MIICO mainly plays Tech House but also plays Soulful House, Deep House & Techno. Most of the tracks he plays have rhythmical bass lines which defines his style of play. He first got into the Bay Area Electronic music scene back in the early 1990s going to party's like Toon Town. Wicked & Funky Techno Tribe,etc. He would also go to the End Up in SF almost every weekend. He loved dancing & started to listen to Techno from such masters like Carl Cox, Sven Vath & Dave Clarke. In 2011 his friends talked him into playing music. He was extremely grateful to his friends because he loved DJing and would be called MIICO! Most DJs play because they love the music or being on the decks. He plays for the love of dance & to make people dance.
