BACK IN THE DAY .I suppose i started as a dj at about the age of 14 cutting up electro tracks using a double tape deck , Listening to John Peel late at night with my finger on the pause button of my dads single tape recorder i would listen patiently to the whole show waiting for him to play the early hip hop tunes i craved. I soon started buying american imports from an independent record shop in town and soon built up a collection , some of which i still have today.
CLUBLAND - .Loved it - still do - The first rave i ever went to was the first night at The Orbit at Osset . I went religiously every weekend going to the motorway service stations after the club and met up with other clubbers where we chatted as to which club we had been to that night ,,,those days where the best it was still underground and it was ours.
DJ - . I first played out at a pub in York called The Queens on Lawrence Street ,,I had a set of belt driven Technics at home and had been practising for about a year
