Micha Klein has been at the front of the VJ movement since 1988,
when he introduced his rhythmic editing of computer graphics and video at Acid-House warehouse parties, pioneering live VJ'ing as we now know it.

The equipment and software was still very primitive, but the roughness of the color-cycles and low-resolution animations from the Amiga fitted perfectly with the upcoming house-music. As music and soft/hardware became more sophisticated, so became his shows. Micha did a huge amount of gigs, at the world’s most famous clubs, collaborating with the best DJ’s and musicians, all over the world since.
He brought the VJ concept to Ibiza in 1997 with a residency in Pacha.

Micha made animations for Eminem’s USA/European Tour 2000/2001 featuring his notorious character Pillman.

Micha got several awards for his innovative style of VJ’ing, and his contribution to the scene:
-Gouden Kabouter (3 times)
-LSDA award (2 times)
-AVIT Lifetime Achievement Award (2003)
