DJ Michael Kojay aka MickyJay began his DJ carrier in 1999 mixing Groovy Funk & Disco house first at private parties. It was a time, when Ibiza House & UK Garage (R)evolution break through Europe. Infected by that crazy feeling, he gained a few months later his first residency at the Q-Bar and XS in Vienna and the Jexx in Salzburg.
In 2004 Michael moved to Spain discovering first Ibiza Island and later on Barcelona.This step has brought him a new DJ residency at Barcelona's top location at Buddha Bar and seasonal guest residency at Ibiza's chillout Lounge garden KM5. On these events Kojay had the great pleasure to mix next to famous spanish and international DJ's such DJ Gee,Paco Maroto,Joan Reyes,Juanra Martinez, Laurent Delage, Florian Gasperini, Manu Maelso and many more..
Resident DJ of Duplex, One Club, Q, Buddha Club, EL Divino to name a few..
