Started to dj back in the early 80's. those were the days of vynl and a basic mixing desk (what no cd, mp3 or DJ software? how neanderthal lol). I walked away from DJing at the turn of the millennium. I preferred to shake my booty and waggle my glow stix on the dance floor.
Moving on to the present day and kidney failure has caused me to re-evaluate my life goals and I've gone back into mixing. Most of my early mixes were on compact cassette and are lost to time now. I could try to re-create them but my concentration and energy levels kibosh that idea, for now. maybe once i get a transplant and life gets back on an even keel.
For now I am trying to push my concentration levels and pump out hour mixes or longer (mixed results so far)
