Born in Bali and grew up in Jakarta, music has been a part of Mayo's life from a very young age.

Mayo's fascination towards electronic dance music such as house, deep house, and techno began in 1999, but it wasn't until 2005 that he learn about DJ-ing where he then started playing casually in the underground electronic scene in Jakarta.

Once part of Fever Soundsystem, Hit Machine, #AboutWax, and now HouseCartel mixing House, Tech-house and Minimal in his sessions with favorite music coming from record labels such as Perlon, Cadenza, Moon Harbour, Innervisions, Keinemusik and Kindisch to name a few.

He had chances to share the same deck with some international DJ’s such as Auntie Flo, Borrowed Identity, Cinthie, Skinnerbox & Turmspringer. He serve unique selections from House & Techno type of sounds.
