Mauro Luz was born in Portugal, moved to the United States in 96, where he quickly began his music career in the following year, 1997. There he played for a number years, both as a resident and as a guest dj. In 2006 he moved to Paris where he begun honing his music production skills under renowned french producer and bassist, Evy Moon - known for his work with Radio France, Sony-BMG, Universal an...d Ministry of Sound.

Mauro later relocated to Grenoble, France, where he now plays regularly at Le Status. In the past year, he has also had the opportunity to grace the decks in multiple international cities in Azores, Portugal, San Francisco, California and Southern France.

Music has always been very important for Mauro, and sharing this passion with others is what satisfies him the most.
