I've been a DJ for 21 years and a producer for 16. I like to embody as much "proper" musicality as possible and continue to learn as much as possible as I grow.
I started out on a guitar before I bought my first pair of decks and I think that's an under-rated attribute these days in the electronic scene - understanding music at it's basic level.
I used to have a live act called BangBang which I played bass, guitar and keys for. We did pretty well, played all over South Africa, and signed a lot of music to some pretty cool labels overseas including Lost my Dog, Kolour, Myna and others. I have released a lot of music under my own name since then.
Music is who I am, always will be and it fascinates me how music sculpts our consciousness
