Born in Wiesbaden in 1989 Marvin had an unusual early interesst for music. He startet using the turntables in the age of 8 years. Therefore he was able to play 16 hour marathon sets in Frankfurts afterhour clubs by the age of 17.

Because his interesst in music developed so fast, djing was not enough anymore. He wanted to go down to the basics and create music himself. This was the reason why he moved to Berlin in the age of 20 to start working at a sounddesigner startup and gain more knowlegde about analog music production especially about modularsynthezier’s.

In 2013 he made the sounddesign for the serbian short movie „morning prayers“. In early 2014 his first realease together with his old friend Matthias Schildger will come out on his new label REPEAT.

Marvin’s sound was mainly influenced by oldschool hiphop like 12 Bit Hip Hop and his heritage from the Frankfurt area
