I moved to London in 1986 and have since been regularly playing a mixture of Ska, Rocksteady, Reggae, Roots, R&B, Jazz and Latin at various weekly club nights in London, namely HIP JOINT and CAT BEAT run by legendary DJ El Nino, at Lady Kamikaze’s monthly TROPICAL YARD and more recently as a guest DJ at SISTERS OF REGGAE and THE FLOWER OF KENT in South London.
Since my move in 2013 to Valencia, Spain, I was invited to play at the SKA CLUB (now CARIBBEAN UPTEMPO) in 2016/17/18/19 as part of the ROTOTOM REGGAE SUNSPLASH festival in Benicassim, Spain.
In May 2018 I was invited to play at a charity event at the Centro Soziale CSOA, organised by the artistic collective WOMAN OF THE GHETTO in collaboration with the CENTRO DONNE DALIA Association in Rome, Italy. In February/March 2018 I was invited to co-present Dj D’Oxman’s weeklyRadio Show SOHO SKANK (www.sohoradiolondon.net) and was twice a guest DJ at Maharishi-HIFI’s Radio show MUSICAL FEVER (www.back2backfm.org) in London, UK.
