I first got hooked on wanting to make music by listening to music from the hip hop and hardcore scene and I got a chance to mess around with a program called music 2000 by code masters on the ps1 which was great fun but at the time it wasn’t exactly what I wanted to do so I tried my hand at the djing side of things having being inspired by dj’s such as qbert, jazzy jeff and the x-ecutioners and dj sy and I knew I wanted to be a turntableist and beat juggle and scratch like the pro’s and my idols. I first got a cheap pair of Stanton belt drive decks and a Gemini mixer with great curve control for scratching but the decks wasn’t up to the challenge so I saved up and got my self some cintronic pd2's and still use them to this day. The mixer has changed a few times but the decks have stood the test of time also I have sort of crossed to the dark side and tried my hand with the digital side of djing, so I purchased an m audio xponent and I have to say I love it, I have also got the m-audio
