Started collecting vinyl and fell in love with dance music in 1975 in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. Got my first professional DJ gig in 1980 in Houston, Texas. I moved to Dallas in 1988 and got involved with the budding rave scene. Met many DJs and artists who were newcomers at that time, but who have gone on to become major players in the industry.
Left professional spinning in 1997 but continued to play parties, mobile gigs, and of course, spinning at home ever since. Once it's in your blood and your brain, it'll always be a part of you. I know because mixing and loving the beat will always be a part of me.
