Deep House / Minimal / Tech House / Techno
I've been mixing records for the past 15 years or so.
It was way back in 2002 when I was talked into my first night at Shindig (www.shindiguk.com) then at Foundation night club on Melbourne Street in Newcastle and from that night on I was totally hooked!
It wasn't until around 2004 that I started learning to mix vinyl records when I went back to a party in Cramlington (after Shindig) and first met two of my really good mates Michael Wilson and Alan Edwards who were messing around on some turntables... I was watching for ages when Alan offered to teach me. I nervously got up as nobody wants to look daft and started to mess about. I seemed to pick things up really quickly and have never looked back! Moving onto CDJ's and eventually Traktor, which is predominantly what I use for my productions now.
I love the music, the people and especially the vibe and I always try to get that across in my sets.
So I hope you enjoy!
