Passionate about music and night life, Marcio Techjun is a key person in the consolidation of the house and techno music scene in Sao Paulo. With 20 years of career he is the founder and resident DJ of Mothership one of the coolest parties in town which has been going on for 13 years on Saturday nights at the renowned D-Edge Club. A party that has become a reference when it comes to quality underground music.
Mothership Party has hosted many influential artists like Ricardo Villalobos, Richie Hawtin, Dixon, Luciano, Kevin Sanderson, Ben Block, Marcel Dettman, Seth Troxler, Koze, Agoria and many others whom he had the pleasure of sharing the DJ booth with.
He performed at the Skol Beats Festival in 2006 alongside Sven Vath, Loco Dice and Tiga to an audience of 50.000 people where he played on a stage hosted by the famous London based club The End. In 2012 Marcio Techjun performed at the very first edition of Lollapalooza Festival in Brazil to an audience of 70.000 people.
