JackWasFaster is the moniker for Manu Cachero solo productions (guitar, synth and electronics of Spanish well known indie-electronic band FIRA FEM). His tracks and remixes move from analog house to space disco, from Balearic to chuggy slo-mo, from dreamy electronic to Weatherall´s post punk vibes. His DJ sets also share this common ground, keeping the bpms slow and working with intensity variations rather than speed. After some remixes (FIRA FEM, ROLE, NIMIO) that got him to be part of Madrid 2015 edition of RedBull Music Academy Bass Camp, he is now working on new releases for Rotten City that will be out soon, DJing regularly at Madrid underground clubs scene and playing live sets (ArteNou) with a new hardware-based set up.
